Wheel of Wellbeing (WoW) explores everyday ways to improve wellbeing using the WoW framework of Body-be Active, Mind- Keep Learning, Spirit- give, People- connect, Place- take notice & Planet- care.
The workshops include meditation, gentle stretching/yoga and mindfulness practices.
