Homelessness Intake & Assessment Worker
PART TIME 2 DAYS PER WEEK, SCHADS AWARD 2010 4.1

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable families and making a real difference in your community?
We’re looking for a compassionate and confident
Homelessness Intake and Assessment Worker to join our team at KENG.

In this frontline role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inquiries relating to our Immediate Supported Accommodation (ISA) and Immediate Housing Response for Families (IHRF) programs. Based at our Meakin Park centre, you’ll work closely with our friendly Admin team to respond to walk‑ins, phone calls, and agency referrals from people seeking help.

We’re seeking someone who brings knowledge of homelessness, housing pathways, and the local service system—and who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

If you’re ready to make an impact, support families in crisis, and be part of a supportive, purpose‑driven team… we want you!

This role sits within the Housing team as part of KENG’s Integrated Service model at a vibrant and fast paced Community Centre delivering place based support across the Logan community.
