The Online Men's Health and Wellbeing Program
We have partnered with Blokepedia to deliver an online Men’s Health and Wellbeing program for the Logan community.
This program provides participants with the skills required to maintain emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
The program consists of online learning resources, coaching/information videos, and an online event during Men’s Health Week.
Delivered by leading health professionals, including psychologists and performance coaches, these short videos are aimed at providing valuable information and insight to enhance health and wellbeing.

The Men's Health and Wellbeing Toolkit
The Men’s Health and Wellbeing Toolkit is an online learning package designed to empower and support men to optimise their own and each other’s health and wellbeing.
Drawing on the lived experiences of everyday men, the resources educate course participants on some of the challenges men face in their lives and helps to identify some effective strategies for problem solving.
Men's Health Week Online Event
Blokepedia, in partnership with Kingston East Neighbourhood Group (KENG) and Logan City Council, hosted a special online Men’s Health Week event. Featuring a great line-up of speakers, discussing a range of topics relevant to the health and wellbeing of Australian men. Topics included Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men’s health, maintaining social and emotional wellbeing, the importance of seeking help, and benefits of exercise on mental health.
