For parents/carers who might benefit from some recipes and cooking techniques that can save time and money, reduce stress around meal times, get children interested in cooking and eating different foods, and cater to a range of family needs; hands-on cooking and food preparation as well as eating the end product; share ideas, discover new recipes and build networks and friendships.
Cooking for Busy Families is part of The Community Development Program which provides opportunities for the community to access creative, educational, social, health and wellbeing, as well as family friendly programs and activities. The Program also encourages and supports community led initiatives.
